Serviceable locations

Spaceven currently delivers to major cities and select pincodes across India through logistics partners experienced in handling high–value furniture shipments.

Dispatch timelines

Most Spaceven products are made-to-order. Estimated dispatch timelines are displayed on the product page and typically range from 3–8 weeks, depending on design complexity, customization and order volume.

Delivery appointments

Once your order is ready, our team or delivery partner will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time slot. Customers are responsible for ensuring building permissions, lift access and entry clearances are arranged before the scheduled delivery.

Shipping charges

Shipping and handling charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on order value, product category and delivery location. Any additional local charges such as entry taxes, parking fees or society charges are payable directly by the customer.

Assembly & installation

Products that require installation are assembled by authorized technicians or delivery partners at the time of delivery, unless stated otherwise. Wall mounting or electrical work may incur additional charges and must comply with local building regulations.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Cancellations before dispatch

Ready-to-ship items may be eligible for cancellation before dispatch. Custom and made-to-order pieces generally cannot be cancelled once production has started, which aligns with standard practice for luxury and bespoke furniture brands.

Cancellations after dispatch

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched from our warehouse. Refusal to accept delivery will be treated as a return, and two-way freight and handling charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Returns & Replacements

Non-returnable items

Reporting damage or defects

Once an issue is reported, our quality team will review the details and may request additional photos, videos or an on-site inspection. After verification, Spaceven may offer repair, replacement of parts, full product replacement or, in exceptional cases, a refund, similar to standard warranty resolutions in the furniture industry.

Return shipping

Where a physical return or pickup is required, Spaceven will coordinate logistics. If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect or transit damage, return shipping is usually borne by Spaceven; otherwise, two-way freight and handling may be charged to the customer.

Refunds

Natural variations

Variations in wood grain, texture, knots, color and slight shade differences are natural characteristics of materials and are not considered defects, in line with accepted standards for premium solid wood and veneer furniture.

Color differences

Actual product color may vary slightly from images shown on screens due to lighting, photography and individual display settings; such minor differences are generally not eligible for returns or refunds on furniture websites.

Warranty support
